  • Freshly baked breads served with flavoured butters

  • Citrus cured salmon, caper salad, lime and black pepper mascarpone, toasted sour dough bread

  • Tomato, courgette and aubergine tart with parmesan cress salad (v)

Mains:

  • Pan fired breast of chicken, creamed greens and glazed carrots, rosti potato, red wine jus

  • Thyme oven baked butternut squash, wild mushroom risotto, pumpkin seed biscuits(v)

Dessert:   

  • Chocolate truffle with hulled fruits, mango rice conde, biscotti biscuits
